We live in a world where we are bombarded with contradicting messages about how we should feel on the inside & how we should look on the outside, who we should love & how we should want and have sex. There are a whole lot of "shoulds" and a hell of a lot myths about relationships, intimacy, and sexuality. My counseling practice is focused on healing harm done by inaccurate messages and negative experiences so that you can access greater connection and pleasure within yourself and with loved ones. You are not broken. There is nothing "wrong" with you. Your relationship is not doomed. We are all capable of change, small and large.

I offer individual and relationship/couples counseling for those who are struggling with intimacy, relationships, & sex/sexuality. I work with all varieties of love and relationships- monogamous couples, non-monogamous, poly relationships, friendships. I honor the agreements fundamental to your relationship, and work with you to become stronger, and more harmonious in your connection. My practice is sex literate & sex positive.
